MissDia hails from Milwaukee, WI. An old soul, reincarnated in this lifetime as the Poetry Pusher... This 80's baby was born and raised in the golden age of hip hop where rappers had an individual sound. A sound that was dictated by their region and their communities, not by a marketing strategist”. Sticking to her “innovative” and “eclectic” roots, MissDia began rapping at the age of 12. Holding her own on music tracks dominated by the fellas, her reputation proceeded her as being good with words. Also known as, The poetry pusher, MissDia has performed her poetry in various shows and events but has a special interest in anti domestic violence, teen pregnancy prevention and poverty awareness shows.
